Bu a\u015famada s\u00fct\u00fcm\u00fcz kabaracakt\u0131r, iyice kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131p tekrar oca\u011fa koyuyoruz. Oca\u011f\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131p yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 saat k\u0131s\u0131k ate\u015fte pi\u015firyoruz, ara ara kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131 ihmal etmiyoruz. Koyu sar\u0131 olunca ocaktan al\u0131yoruz ve so\u011fumas\u0131 i\u00e7in kenara kald\u0131r\u0131yoruz. Muhallebi k\u0131vam\u0131nda oluyor.<\/p>\n<p>Muhallebi malzemelerimizle muhallebimizi pi\u015firiyoruz ve so\u011futuyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Di\u011fer tarafta 400 gr s\u0131v\u0131 kremay\u0131, yar\u0131m su barda\u011f\u0131 toz \u015feker ve yar\u0131m paket toz \u015fantiyle iyice \u00e7\u0131rp\u0131yoruz. \u00a0Buzdolab\u0131nda bekletiyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>2 su barda\u011f\u0131 toz\u015fekeri tavam\u0131za koyuyoruz ve k\u0131s\u0131k ate\u015fte karamelize olana kadar pi\u015firiyoruz. Koyu sar\u0131 olunca i\u00e7ine 2 su barda\u011f\u0131 cevizimizi ilave edip biraz kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yoruz ve ya\u011fl\u0131 ka\u011f\u0131t serilmi\u015f tepsiye bo\u015falt\u0131yoruz, so\u011fumas\u0131n\u0131 bekliyoruz. B\u0131\u00e7akla iri olacak \u015fekilde k\u0131y\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Bardaklar\u0131m\u0131za \u00a0biraz muhallebi koyuyoruz. 10 dakika kadar buzdolab\u0131nda bekletiyoruz. Muhallebinin \u00fczerine biraz s\u00fct re\u00e7eli koyuyoruz,\u00a0 \u00e7\u0131rpt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z kremay\u0131 s\u0131kma torbas\u0131na koyup \u00a0barda\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00fczerini s\u00fcsl\u00fcyoruz. En \u00fczerine de so\u011futup k\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z krokanlar\u0131 serpiyoruz. Kenarlar\u0131na iki\u015fer tane rulo kat ile servis ediyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Biraz uzun oldu ama yapmaya ba\u015flay\u0131nca seri bir \u015fekilde ilerler Yapacak olanlara kolay gelsin diyorum.
